From verso of title page: "...As it was intimated, that the editor of the Trumpet was preparing for press his own account of the debate, it seemed proper, that the other party should have the same privilege. Mr Braman having given his full approbation to this report, it is sufficiently responsible without the name of the writer." We offer this debate between the well known Universalist editor and author Thomas Whittemore and the Congregationalist Milton Braman.
