Bernard C. Wolff 1794-1870, an important German Reformed minister & seminary professor. After studying at the Theological Seminary in York, Pa., under his former pastor Dr. Lewis Mayer and under Dr. Rauch he pastored Churches in Easton, Pa. 1832-1845 and Baltimore 1845-1854, before becoming Professor of Systematic and Practical Theology in the Theological Seminary at Mecersburg, Pa., a position that had been occupied by John W.
